During Kobe and Vanessa Bryant's turbulent time last year, she was granted possession of one of their mansions. She's been hated on by many for the lyrics Drake put in his "Stay Schemin'" track, "b*tch you wasn't with me shooting in the gym," which implied that she was a gold digger trying to get Kobe for all of his riches during their prior discussion of divorce. However, luckily they were able to work things out.
Vanessa ended up selling the mansion she was given for $3.22 million, which put a nice amount of change in her own pocket so people can't try to get at her for mooching off of Kobe for a long time.
