Chris Brown recently said he wanted to talk to police about his altercation with Frank Ocean, but it's doubtful he meant it like this. Brown was pulled over for going 60 mph in a 35 mph zone in Beverly Hills yesterday and attracted the attention of two officers. He was eventually let go with a ticket.
You think Brown tried to mention Frank at all while he was getting ticketed?
