Zico Coconut Water Sues Ochocinco Over Breach Of Contract

Chad Ochocinco is being sued by Zico Beverages LLC for reflecting poorly on the coconut water company, who hired him as their spokesperson and later fired him after headbutting Evelyn Lozada. According to TMZ, Zico says it struck a deal with Chad in July 2012, for him to be a "positive spokesperson."
Part of Ocho's contract was to "refrain from engaging in any conduct that reflects unfavorably upon Zico," which they feel he violated when he was arrested in July 2012. Zico terminated their agreement with Ochocinco over the incident and asked for their money back, but he reportedly refused.
Now Zico is now suing Ochocinco for damages of no less than $40,886.76.

Never heard of Zico before now...so I guess Ocho did get the product some airtime.

The headbutting incident had nothing to do the product not selling, it wasn't selling because the sh!t tastes NASTY!
