Taco Bell CEO Greg Creed confirmed to CBS This Morning that Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos will soon be a reality.

The Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos have been a smash hit and have helped turned the fast food chain around -- and for good reason, they're delicious.

Taco Bell is also testing a Flamas shell -- a spicy chili-lime flavor -- at select locations.
