Frank Ocean Reported To Sue Chris Brown Over Fight

Shortly after news broke of Chris Brown and Frank Ocean's fight, it was also reported that Ocean wouldn't be pressing charges, but the New York Post says the singer has changed his mind. According to the publication, Frank Ocean is preparing to press charges against Chris Brown for punching him and starting the fight outside Westlake Studios in West Hollywood on Sunday night.
L.A. Sheriff's Office spokesman Steve Whitmore revealed to The Post that Ocean is"desirous of prosecution." He added, "We'll find out what happened."
The story has put Chris, who's still on probation for beating up Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 Grammy Awards, back in the limelight for all the wrong reasons, and may have cost him a performance at this year's awards. The R&B singer was expected to perform onstage with Rihanna on February 10th, but now inside sources are saying Rihnna's advisors are nixing the idea, because it could hurt her image.
