Video surfaced today showing a mother holding her screaming toddler while he is given a tattoo. The woman can be seen on camera restraining her young son while he screams as the needle is stuck in his arm.
Footage of the incident, thought to have taken place in Havana, Cuba, was posted online over the weekend.

let the kid decide for himself later on if he wants a tatoo or not. the problem with the world today is people thinking a child is thir property when in effect a perent is only here to protect the child and prepare him/her to contribute something to planet earth. many parents are so warped that i notice they become haters against their own kid, and don't WANT the kid to have a better life or become a better person that they themselves are.
