Funk Legend Leroy "Sugarfoot" Bonner Dead At 69

Ohio Players frontman and the voice behind iconic funk hit "Love Rollercoaster" has passed away at the age of 69.
According to friends and bandmates, Bonner died over the weekend in Trotwood, Ohio after losing a battle with cancer.
His family posted a message on Facebook, writing, "While his family, friends, colleagues, and fans mourn his passing they celebrate fondly his memory, music and legacy."
Bonner joined the Ohio Player's in 1971 and together the band released numerous hits, including "Love Rollercoaster" and "Fire."

R.I.P. SUGAFOOT!!!! SKINTIGHT was the theme song of numerous summers when I was a child. They don't make make MEN....or "PLAYERS" like you anymore!

The Ohio players have been around since the 1960's!!! I love the Ohio players!!! I call My beloved Cleveland browns the Ohio players!!! My favorite song by the Ohio players is"our love has died",and My favorite Ohio players album is Pain.
