Xzibit had fans worried when he started tweeting about being in the ER with chest pains and coughing late Saturday night, saying "In the ER. Chest and lungs no bueno. Cant breath. Coughing something terrible."
He also attached a photo of himself sitting on a examining table, and as it turns out he was suffering from a bad case of bronchitis.
"Doctor gave me an xray, lungs are clear. Just said to get rested. Gave me a Z pack. Feels worse than it actually is. #thankgod. #bronchitis"
