Kris Humphries Suing Woman Who Claims He Gave Her Disease

Kris Humphries is fighting back against a woman named Kayla Goldberg, who claims the Brooklyn Nets baller gave her herpes. According to Radar Online, Kris has now filed a lawsuit against Kayla for defamation and libel, with his lawyer, Ronald Sohigian, insisting his client doesn't have herpes.
Kris claims that Kayla only filed the lawsuit for financial gain after she asked the judge to order him to take a blood test to prove he had the virus. A trial date has been set up for February 24, 2013, to determine the outcome of the situation.

Working on a cure. Problem is they make more money selling the pills like valtrex. No funding for the disease cuz its not life threatning

it is over stigmatized. Most peole don't know they have it. alot of times people will get married and pass it onto their partner without knowing. Just becuase you don't have it now...watch your spouse give it to you.

it is misinformation that has created the stigma. Chicken pox is in the same class of virus. In some parts of the world 95% of the population has type 1 or 2. It's not AIDS. herpes is cold sores....Aids shuts down your immune system and is fatal.

@sounds personal. where do you live that people don't have cold sores? You also sound like you are 16 years old. Herpes lies dormant in your nerveuos system and can cause reoccurances but it's not a "nasty" disease.

You can have ether in one place or the other...hsv 1 thrives orally but it can also be contracted genitally, hsv 2 is the opposite...supposedly the majority of the population has hsv1 even if they have never had a cold sore..kissing, eating after people, smoking with people, using someones chapstick,eating utensils, drinking after people etc you can contract it...

Common as a fucking cold. Cold sores are type 1. Type 2 is common as fuck. What a bitch. She can't prove he gave it to her. Its not considered serious to doctors.
