Just to the left of the cluster of stars on his right temple Lii Wayne covered up an old teardrop tattoo under his left eye with a tribal symbol. Lil Wayne revealed to Tim Westwood that his mother Cita requested that he cover up the teardrop tattoo with something else, because she didn't like that he had so many teardrop tattoos.
