this is sad...and the Defense Attorney's comments about black people and dreadz do not surprise me. I do remember the initial story that Han jumped in Davis's face first. Even the video shows it and Davis CONTINUEOUSLY saying to get out his face. Anyone who has been on the train in the city (especially in DC, NY and other cities) know there are loony's that will do things like that and I've seen folks get there ass WHOOPED. In this post it says towards the end "...some question the severity of Davis's reaction".....???....If I'm on the metro, just got off work and some crazy idiot jumped in my face out of no-where, I tell him to get out of my face and he doesn't...two things are going to happened DEPENDING on the state of mind I'm in on that day..I'm either going to walk away or if I feel that threatened with him in my face I'm blackin' his eye and hopefully my anger doesn't get so big that I completely forget everything going on around me like a train coming and I knock this man into or in front of a train. You invade my space, I told you to get the fuck out my face, you didn't so you get what you deserve........in Davis's case, it could be a situation where this crazy man jumped in his face, Davis told him to get away and the man didn't...and the anger built up so much he pushed the guy...a natural reaction that ANYONE would have done and he may have been so deep in the moment he didn't even notice the train was coming AT THE SAME TIME the train was coming....who knows. It's ad any where you see it, if Davis get off people are going to be furious if he gets locked up people are going to be furious...this isn't no where near like the woman who diliberately pushed a person into the tracks in NY and killed a person...two different situations....
