It was reported earlier that the Oxygen Network's highly controversial reality program, "All My Baby Mamas" had been scrapped. Allison Samuels of The Daily Beast claimed to have sources who stated that the show would never see the light of day.

However, according to an Oxygen Network rep, Samuels' sources were mistaken. The unidentified rep told AllHipHop.com, "This rumor is simply untrue. The project remains in early development." "All My Baby Mamas" will reportedly air sometime in May.

"All My Baby Mamas" has caused outrage among many; author Sabrina Lamb started a petition on Change.org pleading with Oxygen to cancel the show -- a petition which has garnered over 40,000 signatures. The show will be an expose into the life of rapper Shawty Lo, his 11 children, and the 10 different mothers of the children. Many are accusing Oxygen of blatantly and irresponsibly reinforcing existing stereotypes that exist about African American culture.

Do you agree that "All My Baby Mamas" should be scrapped?
