Mary J. Blige is an R&B veteran at this point who has gone through her own troubles and come out a proud and successful woman. When asked by L.A. Confidential whether or not Rihanna needs a mentor like herself to help keep Ri RI on the right track, Mary J answered, "If they ask me for help, I'll be there to give. But I'm not going to be out there trying to reach out. I mean, some people I'll reach out to. I'll reach out to Rihanna because I know Rihanna. If I feel like she's in trouble, I'll be there reaching out. I don't want to not reach out to her like we didn't get to Whitney in time."

I hope Mary gives her some real insight and tells her to move forward from Chris because it seems like the people around her don't care to much for her well being. It's all politics. She has too many men in her life to still be with him and in the back of their head they are thinking.."She is not my daughter so who cares..."
