State of California OWES Dr. Dre Money

So there are a few rappers who owe the government money, but there's also a rapper/ producer that is owed money by the government. Has hell frozen over?

Instead of another story about rappers having to fork over money for back tax payments, this is a story of California owing Dr. Dre money.

While it may not be a large amount, the $132.98 in back wages owed to Dr. Dre is a nice way to start a new trend.

Maybe this trend will catch on as quick as rappers not paying taxes.
