What's Wrong With Sammy Sosa's Face

Looks like he's trying to take Michael Jackson's place with weird facial procedures.

I don't know what happened, or what Sammy tried to have done. His camp said he's going through a "skin process". What I wanna know what the hell a "skin process" is and where they do that at?
