You read that correctly. California filed a $40 tax lien against living legend Stevie Wonder. The singer was hit with two separate tax liens that totaled the tiny sum.
What's worse is that the collection and penalty fees associated with the liens add up to more than the actual lien -- $98. So in total, Stevie Wonder will have to pay $138.
