While Kim Kardashian and her boo Kanye West were photographed out in Paris enjoying a day full of shopping, Ryan Seacrest, executive producer of Kim's hit show"Keeping Up With the Kardashians", revealed that she will not be filming her delivery for millions of viewers to see.  Her older sister Kourtney Kardashian did in fact film her child being born, but Kim and Kanye are going with a more private approach.  Kim will show her time spent being pregnant leading up to giving birth, but her actual labor will not be filmed.

Ryan revealed the news while on the "Tonight Show" with Jay Leno.

"You will see her pregnancy on 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians.  She'll be, I think, about four and a half months into her pregnancy once we start shooting for next season.  Am I going to be in the room, with the zoom lens, shooting all of this to put on the air on E!? I would not."
