Ex-MLB player Milton Bradley caught 13 counts related to several attacks on his estranged wife today, and faces up to 13 years in prison.

The charges spread across five different incidents, and include four counts of spousal battery, four counts of criminal threats, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of vandalism and one count of dissuading a witness from making a report.

Bradley's wife Monique first filed domestic abuse complaints after an incident in which Bradley allegedly choked her with both hands. His supposed reason for the aggression was Monique's request that he stop smoking marijuana in front of their kids.

Both sides have filed for divorce.
