On Wednesday, January 9th, outside of the Provenzano Lanza Funeral Home in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, a fight broke out during the funeral for teenager Raphael Ward.  The teen was tragically shot and killed over his Marmot winter coat last week by four individuals that were seen on surveillance footage released by the NYPD.  16-year-old Timothy Montalvo is the only person who's been arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon and murder, but the police are still looking for the other suspects.

One witness who requested partial anonymity, John, spoke out on the violence he saw outside of the funeral home as he was riding on a bus passing by that was stuck in traffic.

"It was sickening, and really weird to see.  We see the crowd shift, I see an older man with a cane shouting and being pushed by a teenager, and there's the guy in a suit trying to separate them."
