Despite rumors that KG made a nasty remark to Carmelo Anthony about his wife La La tasting like Honey Nut Cheerios during Monday night's Knicks vs Celtics showdown, La La isn't phased by the drama. On the contrary, she actually laughed it off and put the whole situation in a humorous light on Twitter.
For those of you who haven't heard, it's rumored that KG disrespected Carmelo Anthony during the recent Knicks vs Celtics game by talking trash about his wife. This lead to Melo pressing the issue after the game and approaching KG outside of the Celtics team bus, which ultimately led to him receiving a one game suspension. Since the incident, sports analysts/athletes of all kinds have come forward to share their opinions on KG trash talking players in general, and the Melo situation specifically. David Lee and Jalen Rose are only a couple that have made their views clear. Boston head coach Doc Rivers has publicly stated that the rumors of KG talking about Melo's wife aren't true; however, there's no real way to know exactly what was said on the court unless you were actually there to witness it first hand.
