Earvin Magic Johnson is one of the best NBA players of all time, and by far one of the best, if not the best, Lakers player to ever wear the purple and gold uniform. The Lakers have been under major reconstruction after the departure of coach Phil Jackson, picking up multiple new coaches and players; however, they're currently suffering from a losing season. Magic is concerned about his team but also hopeful that they can turn things around, and he expressed his views in a long Twitter rant regarding what they need to do to win.

instead of nash they should have signed lou williams f/a from philly who went to atlanta, i think they didnt trade gasol cuz no one wanted to give up a starter? howard is not a dominatin center he plays like a forword and obviously they have no bench

Steve Nash stood around the entire game and never looked to score and nobody is saying anything about it bcuz they want u to think all this shit is fair... But its not.. This is all good drama for the NBA they sat in the lockout and planned the next few years of basketball fuck sports its damn near all gotten wack

I agree Dwight is very overrated. Nash should retire. Kobe is a poor leader. He's good but no one wants to follow him. A good leader has the ability to make the other teammates WANT to follow him. Kobe does not possess this ability. Pau is softer than hot oatmeal. Only real solid player on the team is Metta. Kobe will not win another championship.

Not as long as he's on the Lakers. And let's not forget about the cap next season the Lakers are going to have to follow. Don't see Kobe taking a pay cut so the team can get better players or even work within the cap.
