Kim Kardashian Eager To Divorce Kris Humphries Before Birth

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' divorce battle has gone on for almost a year-and-a-half now, and it doesn't appear as though either side will be giving in to the other any time soon. Now that Kim is pregnant with Kanye West's child, she is very eager to put the Kris Humphries chapter of her life behind her, and wants nothing more than to have the divorce settled before she gives birth.

According to various TMZ sources, Kim feels as though Kris is being "spiteful and vindictive" for prolonging the divorce when she feels as though it could've been settled already. Apparently, none of the paperwork involved in the divorce shows any evidence that Kim swindled Kris in any way after she married him. Those close to Kris reportedly urging him to just settle with Kim, but since Kim wants him to pay all of her hefty lawyer fees Kris is continuing to put up a legal fight.

A trial date will be set for February if they can't come to an agreement on their own.
