Kim Kardashian decided to divert the attention away from her pregnant stomach on Sunday, as the reality star stepped out in a body hugging blue dress that had a tear drop cut-out from which her cleavage flowed out of. She paired her outfit with metallic pumps and a black blazer as she left dinner with her best friend, PR guru Jonathan Cheban.
While heading to her car Kim was met by eager fans wanting to pose for photos, to which she happily obliged.
