Woman Accidentally Shoots Brother Posing for Facebook Photo

!9-year-old Savannah Ramirez accidentally shot dead her brother, Manuel Ortiz, 22, while posing for a Facebook photo with a gun, according to police. Savannah and Manuel had reportedly been playing with a gun early New Year's Day, when the gun discharged and shot Manuel in the head.
Police suspect that Ramirez and Manuel had been drinking on Sunday, into Monday morning, and if toxicology tests prove that she had alcohol in her system, she will be charged with manslaughter.
Sgt. Steve Marto spoke with the Daily Mail about the incident, saying "Every New Year's Eve, this particular sister is going to be thinking about this for the rest of her life on how ... drinking overnight, playing with a gun and now shoots and kills her brother."
