Federal Court Rules You Can't Be Arrested For Flipping Off Cops

It was recently decided in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit that flipping off police officers or giving them the middle finger cannot land you behind bars, or even leave you with a ticket of any sort. The official ruling was that the "ancient gesture of insult is not the basis for a reasonable suspicion of a traffic violation or impending criminal activity."
This new rule might bring about some drama, as it might be hard for cops to stand constantly be given the middle finger without being able to do anything about it at all.

Don't believe ppl who say the cops need a warrant to look in a locked trunk. That's just a myth embedded in everyone's minds due to a Jay-Z song.

do not trust the pigs . they Will lie to get what they want . study the law so u can stand up for these faggot ass cops . they can only bother u if u don't know . knowledge is power . if your paper work right, they can not search you or your vehicle, lock up your drugs and guns in the trunk or lock compartment in the car . they need a warrant to open your shit . if they pop it open , whatever they find in there your lawyer can get u off easy . make sure your car don't smell like nothing . paper work right . you should be good .
