West Coast rapper Game is literally trimming the fat for the New Year, as he embarked on a 60-day fitness regime, which completely changed his physique. He's only 30-days through his challenge, but after looking at his photo he's doing a great job at getting fit.
Game says that he didn't lose weight, but instead he "Replaced body fat with muscle. Simple." He also posted a photo of the meals he's been eating, which include lots of veggies and protein.

You dont have to be in a calorie deficit to burn fat and lose weight either. You can do both at the same damn time. Burn fat and build muscle. Building muscle burns fat u idiot. With all the protein hes been eating its east to build muscle.
