Exclusive! Kat Stacks' Deportation Decision Revealed

2013 is off to a great start for Kat Stacks, as she's been granted her wish to live on United States soil thanks to the Board Of Immigration accepting her appeal in an ongoing immigration case. For now at least, the threat of Stacks being deported back to her home country of Venezuela has been mitigated.

Andrea Herrera, a.k.a. Kat Stacks, has been in prison for a significant amount of time while simultaneously facing deportation, but after fighting to have her legal status adjusted so she can remain living in the United States, Stacks is now being offered a potential second chance, and a chance to remodel her life.

VladTV was given exclusive access to Stacks' legal paperwork regarding changes to her immigration status.

they will deport her anyway, just because she appealed doesnt mean shes won. The BIA almost always affirms the judges decision. Kat stacks will STILL BE DEPORTED
