Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson is fighting mad over his sex tape with video vixen Wankaego being leaked, and is now reportedly suing WorldStarHipHop and Media Takeout for posting the footage without his consent. The footage was allegedly stolen from Ochocinco's phone and leaked online.
According to TMZ, Ocho is seeking unspecified damages and a court order blocking the sites from posting the video. Both sites removed the video last Thursday after they were sent a cease and desist letter from Ocho's attorney, but the former football player claims the damage was already done.
Ochocinco is reportedly in talks with the FBI to determine who exactly leaked the adult tape, which was filmed over three years ago.
