There aren't too many other places more exciting than Las Vegas on New Year's Eve, and Nicki Minaj found that out firsthand last night. The Young Money rapper hit up Pure Nightclub inside the Caesars Palace Resort and Casino last night, rocking a tight-fitting golden dress. Though she looked dazzling, it didn't reflect the zany Nicki we are so used to seeing. Will 2013 mark the end of her bizarre costumes?
