Waka Flocka Flame stopped by "Nitecap" with Peter Bailey recently and discussed the sometimes violent messages in his music.

"Everybody is doing the total opposite. Literally everybody. It leaves you feeling like a man in the dark without a flashlight. Without a map or directions, you've got to make your own way," Flocka told Bailey. "It's fun though because you are the only man doing it."

Waka went on, "See when I make to me I feel like it's freedom of speech. I'm not promoting violence. It's like a raging," said Waka. "It's like verbal anger instead of physical anger, you know what I'm saying. So I feel like If I can verbally say it and not physically do it then i'm not committing a crime. You can't blame me for what I grew up in, for what I thought was right. If you raise a kid to kill animals and hunt everyday; when's he's a man he'll kill and hunt."

Considering the amount of work Waka does in the community, his actions should be self-explanatory.
