The production for Pusha T's most recent track "Blocka" came as a surprise to many Hip Hop fans when they discovered it was the work of Young Chop. Back in May, the two had exchanged words and were thought to be at odds with each other. But during an interview with XXL, the up-and-coming Chicago producer touched on how he and Pusha T put their differences aside.

Young Chop stated that he and Pusha began to settle their dispute while working on the G.O.O.D. Music artist's "Blocka" single, which is off of Pusha's mixtape "Wrath of Cain".

"I gave the beat [for 'Blocka'] to Travi$ Scott a minute ago in New York and then he put the hook down and then he gave it to Pusha," Young Chop said. "Then his people hit me up and were like 'We're going to make this his single,' and I'm like, 'Huh? I never heard the song.'"

Young Chop then spoke about him and Pusha actually getting in the studio together and revealed that he's also working on Pusha T's new album.

"Then I met him in L.A., we were in the studio together and he started playing me the song and I'm like, 'Dang, that's it.' I'm working on his album too. He's a cool dude though. We didn't even have a conversation about our [past beef], we just started making music."
