This is a bizarre story indeed.  Former three-time U.S. Olympian, 44-year-old Suzy Favor Hamilton, has been exposed by a former john (client) for her past involvement in the escort business.  Ms. Hamilton was a highly respected athlete that gained loads of success off of her competitions in the Olympics which included a Nike TV commercial, a swimsuit calendar, and promotional work for Disney. She even runs a successful Madison, Wisconsin real estate brokerage with her husband and gets paid handsomely to deliver motivational speeches.

But on the side she went by the alias known as "Kelly Lundy," as she would travel to various locations within the U.S. including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Houston in order to enjoy private time with various men for $600-an-hour.  She worked out of "the premiere Boutique Escort Agency of Las Vegas" and met with many men.  Favor Hamilton and her husband were not facing any financial struggles as they live comfortably in a $600,000 home.

She made the mistake of telling her clients her true identity when she would spend intimate time with them, and was exposed because one of them decided to break the news and reveal who she really was and what she was really doing.  At first she denied the claims, but eventually owned up to them and admitted her participation in the escort business.  She called her past actions a mistake, and blames herself only for the pain she has caused her family, as she and her husband have a seven-year-old daughter.

"I take full responsibility for my mistakes. I'm not the victim and I'm not going that route.  I'm owning up to what I did. I would not blame anybody except myself.  Everybody in this world makes mistakes. I made a huge mistake. Huge."

Her husband apparently knew about her double life but was never supportive of it and always tried to get her to stop.

"He tried, he tried to get me to stop. He wasn't supportive of this at all."

She later compared her situation to that of Tiger Wood's extramarital affairs in the past.

"I mean, he's the biggest athlete ever. He obviously thought he could never get caught.  He (the client that exposed her) totally broke all the rules by outing me.  "I don't want to be like him. Because he is scum. And I will not become scum to make myself feel good.  I will not do it. I would suffer rather than go that route of being vindictive.  I recently started therapy to figure out myself why I've done what I've done."
