Ne-Yo's Baby Mama Threatening Legal Action

Back in 2009, Ne-Yo found himself in quite a complicated situation with his baby mama Jesseca White. The two were in a relationship when she became pregnant, and while Ne-Yo thought the baby was his, it turns out it wasn't.
Ne-Yo ended up settling with White to the tune of $575,000, and in return White took Ne-Yo's name off of the birth certificate. However, one of the stipulations of the agreement was that Ne-Yo would never talk to anyone about the case. This part of the agreement was broken when the singer did an interview with VH1's "Behind The Music" and described the whole situation.
White has now hired mega attorney Gloria Allred to represent her, and plans to make Ne-Yo pay up once again. She is asking him to settling amiably out of court, or else she'll pursue other legal actions.
Ne-Yo has yet to comment.
