Chris Rock Reaches Settlement With Hungarian Model

Chris Rock has settled a lawsuit brought against him years ago by Hungarian model Monika Zsibrita in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Zsibrita initially brought paternity action against the comedian more than a decade ago, but DNA tests proved that he was not the father of her daughter. Later, she filed another suit in a case called "Jane Doe v. John Doe" to keep their identity secret. According to the model, in 1998 at a Four Seasons hotel in Beverly Hills, Rock attacked her and attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him. A week later, the two went out on another date and he allegedly forced her to have intercourse with him.
Rock denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
