Kanye West Not Included on 12.12.12 Concert Album

Kanye West put on a memorable performance at the 12.12.12 Hurricane Sandy Benefit concert, but the rap superstar was surprisingly left off the album, which is at the top of the iTunes charts. It seems that no one is explaining the matter either, as Kanye's reps have declined to comment, along with the producers of the show.
However, one source spoke to Billboard, revealing that the decision not to be featured on the album was actually Kanye's decision, but didn't specify whether the decision was personal or legal. Two other sources speculated that given Kanye's perfectionist ways, he simply wasn't pleased with his performance.
There's still no official word on the situation, but we'll keep you posted.
