A woman by the name of Melanie Smith filed a case against him in Georgia recently, claiming that he is the father of her one-year-old daughter and she is demanding that he take a paternity test to prove it. According to the documents, if the test results come back positive, she will then seek child support payments from Ward. Sounds like an episode of The Maury Show.
