32-year-old Blaque R&B singer Natina Reed was tragically struck by a car on October 26th, 2012, and died from the injuries she sustained. It was just two days before her 33rd birthday that her life was taken. Police have determined her death was accidental and did not charge the driver responsible for hitting her, as she apparently wandered out onto the highway in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
It was previously reported that she was struggling financially and rumors flew through the air that she was homeless. Another piece of misinformation that was reported was that her ex-love, Kurupt, paid for the entire cost of her funeral. Her mother, Dr. Tamara Goodridge, has posted a few tweets to clarify these false reports regarding her daughter's past living situation and who actually paid the funeral bill.
