2 Chainz, a.k.a. Tity Boi, has put in loads of work over the years to get to where he's at today, despite people who may think that he was an "overnight celebrity." All of the work paid off with his latest album, 'Based On A Tru Story', which has landed him a Grammy nomination as well as a certified Gold Plaque to mark his successful journey to date. It's only a matter of time before he's presented with a Platinum Plaque as well.
He was very grateful of this hard-earned honor, and expressed his gratitude to everyone on Twitter.
