Lil Wayne due in court today

Lil Wayne is due in New York City court today for his 2007 gun charge. If convicted, he could face up to 3 1/2 years in prison.

The focus of this case will be "low copy number" DNA, which is the small trace amounts of DNA they found on the gun in Wayne's tour bus.

Like Plaxico recently experienced, NYC does NOT PLAY when it comes to pistols in the city.
