Is Ray-J Engaged to Mia Milano?

Ray-J has reportedly proposed to his girlfriend, model Mia Milano, according to HollyScoop. The two have allegedly been dating on-and-off for the past couple of years, and became closer after the passing of Whitney Houston.
The site also revealed that Mia is close friends with Ray-J's good friend Floyd Mayweather's fiance, Shantel Jackson, whom Mia is currently doing a US club appearance tour. Mia was also reportedly engaged to YMCMB president Mack Maine.
Neither Ray-J or Mia have confirmed the news, but Ray-J sent out a subliminal Twitter message, as he posted a photo of a married couple with the caption "Game Over" below it.
