Keyshia Cole recently spoke on her race with Bow Wow on BET's 106 & Park. She was asked about becoming a member of Black Girls Rock, and because Ms. Cole stated that she doesn't consider herself to be solely black, but bi-racial, many people took her words out of context and criticized her for saying that she isn't black at all. She took to Twitter to explain her words in a clearer fashion and put to rest anyone who is trying to bring her down by twisting her words into something negative.

I don't know why people get so upset when a biracial person claim all of their heritage. It has nothing to do with you all, so just move on. Jealous of everything and it doesn't make any sense whatsoever. She is biracial! Hating crows.

It's great if someone is proud of their ethnicities. But what I don't understand is, why so quick to claim another race she isn't sure she is? It's like she couldn't wait to say she is not fully black although she looks the part. Her mother fucked half the worlds population because of her whorish ways, she could very well be fully black. Keep your mouth shut about acknowledging the other side until, u know for sure.
Plus no one asked her ethnicity , which is y this came left field.Its like she couldn't wait to tell the world.

why is it always African Americans who start crying tears of blood every time one of there own acknowledges another ancestry? so shes half black.... so what?!? lets face it, everyone who watched her reality show knew something was up when she looked completely different then her maternal sisters. yes she looks black cause her mamas black dumbasses. but next to neffe she looks like paris Hilton lmfao. hell no that doesn't mean black girls are ugly, just so happens that the mixed sister in this scenario is hot while her siblings look like booty unfortunately. get over it shes mixed. by taking offense to that you only confirm the insecurity of more afrocentric members of the African American community, and that is the true fricken shame, not keysha sayin what her reality is. damn.
