On Monday, HBO announced that they'll be airing a new documentary featuring singer Beyonce, who will be directing the short film. It is said that the footage shown will be material from her personal laptop that she recorded herself. The interesting aspect about this upcoming documentary is that Beyonce is set to get a bit personal, according to HBO.
The network stated that the short film will feature "video that provides raw, unprecedented access to the private entertainment icon and high-voltage performances."
Fans may also get a chance to see Beyonce away from the stage and more in the home as it's been reported that home video footage of Beyonce as a mother will also be included in the documentary. Beyonce herself even revealed in a statement that the material within the untitled project is "personal" to her.
Beyonce's documentary is scheduled to air on February 16th.
