This Thanksgiving marks the first that Beyonce has gotten to enjoy as a mother, and she uploaded a few pictures of her time spent with her hubby Jay-Z and their daughter Blue Ivy. She uploaded the personal family photos to her Tumblr account and also penned a brief note to her fans wishing them all a happy Thanksgiving.
