I know why RICK ROSS isn't on the top 20 list! DJ VLAD doesn't want to acknowledge because RICK ROSS whupped DJ VLAD's ass! I mean, beat him down, literally. VLAD sued and won a settlement for a couple of hundred thousand. See, VLAD is a biased journalist. He sucks 50CENT's dick and purposely didn't mention ROSS because of his beatdown by him. You people should interview VLAD and ask him how come he don't speak on that. It'll be interesting to hear what he has to say.
