The custody battle between Kid Cudi and his baby mama has been quietly carrying on for over a year, however TMZ has learned that on August 3rd Cudi threw in the white flag and let his baby mam gain full custody. He argued in the past that he has been offering major consistent support for his daughter and her mother for a while, and that he got situated in a house in Chicago in order to be closer to his child, however his baby mama claimed that was all a lie.
Instead, she accused him of only offering financial support sporadically, and also threw out wild claims that Cudi has a history of violence and long and drawn out drug and alcohol problems. Cudi nor his representatives have returned any calls from TMZ to address the story at hand.
