Former Bad Boy Records artist G-Dep was served with a 15-years-to-life prison term earlier this year after he confessed to shooting and killing Job Henkel back in 1993. He's dealing with his sentence in his own way and in an interview with New York Magazine, G-Dep says that he's satisfied with the outcome of his murder trial.

"I was happy," he said of receiving the sentence. "It sounds crazy to say you were happy about getting a fifteen-to-life-sentence, but I was. It just seemed to me like the end of a nightmare. I was living in 1993 for seventeen years."

It seems as if G-Dep has finally come to terms with his crime and sentence and is at peace with himself. He's currently working on an autobiography titled "Autobiographical Rapping Dude: The Rhyme Book".
