Tiny Lister, best known for his role as Dee-Bo from Friday, has apparently broken under the pressure of the law. Lister was charged with mortgage fraud scheme recently, and it seems that given the charges he could do real serious time. For Lister though, that isn't an option.
Tiny has signed a plea agreement, in which he will take a felony conspiracy charge and cooperate fully with police in the investigation. Apparently, Lister has been working with federal agents since last year. Yikes.
Lister is schedule to make his plea on November 19.

looo homie i agree its mortgage fraud it aint like he was a Cartel or nuthin When its all said and done the only person who is in any real trouble is him? The only thing he can really tell is how many times he got away with it and who all he screwed
