Freedom is in sight for Ja Rule. The Queens spitter was locked up in June, 2011 on tax evasion charges, and during his time behind bars Ja has been on his grind. He was able to earn his high school diploma as well as release his seventh studio album, "Pain is love 2 (PIL2).
Ja Rule is expected to be released on February 21, 2013.
