Katt Williams Catches $5 Mil Suit For Allegedly Punching Assistant

After allegedly pulling a gun on Faizon Love back in October, Katt Williams has found himself in another legal jam this morning. The comedian is being sued for $5 million by his assistant, who claims Williams punched her.

Melissa Ishage says Williams physically assaulted her while at his home on October 6th. She claimed a punch from Katt hit her in the head and knocked her to the floor, causing "serious and permanent injuries". No arrests were made at the time of the incident, but police are still investigating.
