Actor/singer Jamie Foxx is being sued by a woman named Catherine Jones for falling on his sidewalk during a party held at his house last year. She claims to have fallen head over heels on the sidewalk and sustained serious injuries. According to Ms. Jones, Foxx is somehow strangely responsible for her falling because she claims he failed to properly maintain the sidewalk.
She filed a lawsuit against the actor in L.A. County Superior Court and is suing him for damages and hospital expenses adding up to a total of $10,000.

If there is a crack in the sidewalk it is not the homeowners problem it is the city's... They are responsible for the sidewalk that is along the street. you are technically only responsible for your walkway and that is the part that is from your doorway... $10,000 is still a lot of money!!! Yall that is saying it isnt is only saying that because he makes a lot of money smh... If it was you yall would have a whole different view on things!!!

The law is the law :-( if there was a crack or gravel he is liable. Even if she had on some ridiculously high, throw-you-off-your-balance-heels. Even if she was running drunk!

because i've seen clips of him at his house on several dfrnt.

You are so right she fell on his sidewalk. Anyone who owns a home knows that they are responsible for their own sidewalk. Snow, rain, sleet, or anything that is dangerous to others. $10,000 is no money now a days. If she was trying to get him for is $$ then she would of hit him up for much more.
